Classic East German Suhl side-by-side shotgun, tip-up action, 12 gauge (2¾″). Action is tight and operates smoothly. Barrels measure 28" overall and the bores appear bright and in good condition. Bead front sight in place.
Stock and forearm are solid with normal usage marks and finish wear consistent with service use; butt plate is intact. Length of pull measures approximately 14½". Twin triggers and original top lever are present. Receiver shows expected patina and handling marks from age.
What we like: dependable Suhl construction, good bores, tight action and traditional tip-up ergonomics — a good candidate for restoration or use as a hunting/field shotgun after any needed servicing.
