This example retains the distinctive No.5 military configuration, including the shortened barrel with flash hider, protected front sight, adjustable 800-yard aperture rear sight, detachable magazine, and rubber recoil pad.
The receiver and bolt are matching, while the magazine is mismatched. The rifle shows honest service and handling wear throughout, with numerous military and British proof markings still visible. A name and number are electro-penciled on the left side of the receiver. The bore is bright with strong, clearly defined rifling.
