Manufactured by Československá Zbrojovka A.S., Brno, this Vz.24 bolt-action rifle is chambered in 8mm Mauser (7.92×57mm). The left side of the receiver is clearly marked "ČESKOSLOVENSKÁ ZBROJOVKA A.S. BRNO / VZ.24", with serial number C5 8890.
The stock is stamped C5 8890 on the right side of the butt, matching the receiver serial number. The bolt handle is also marked C5 8890. The rifle retains its original Vz.24 tangent rear sight, hoodless front sight, cleaning rod, and military sling swivels.
The bore is bright with strong, well-defined rifling as shown in the photographs. The metal finish remains in very good condition with normal handling and storage marks. The wood stock is solid overall and displays honest service wear, including scattered dents, scratches, and finish wear consistent with age and military use. Dark oil staining is present around the rear sight area.
Also included is a Czech-pattern bayonet with steel scabbard and leather frog. The bayonet ricasso is marked "CSZ", and the scabbard throat is numbered 1375, as shown in the photographs.
