The original Imperial Japanese Army five-pointed star insignia remains intact on the front and is in good condition, with wear and oxidation consistent with the surrounding helmet. A white hand-painted “大” marking is also present inside the shell, which likely indicates the Large size.
The original liner assembly remains partially present, including period leather, cloth padding material, and associated hardware.
