This is a vintage post-World War II Z-Angle Meter, Model 310-A, manufactured by Technology Instrument Corp. of Acton, Massachusetts, USA. Designed to measure impedance and phase angles across various frequencies, this precision instrument is housed in a durable wooden case with a front clasp and leather carry handle for portability.

The meter panel includes multiple dials, switches, and labeled terminals, along with a large analog gauge for angle and impedance readings. The serial number (#460) is clearly marked on the instrument face. Rubber feet are affixed to the base for stability.
