This is a WWII-era German bayonet, model S84/98 III, originally issued for the Mauser Kar98k rifle. It comes with the original steel scabbard. All metal parts are original and in good condition; the release button functions properly. The wooden grips are post-war replacements, securely installed.
✔️ Compatible with Kar98k, VZ24, and Chinese Type 24 (中正式) rifles, as they share the same Mauser-style bayonet lug system. A great piece for collectors or rifle display purposes.
