This is an original West German Bundeswehr/BGS triple-cell leather equipment pouch, manufactured in the late 1950s to early 1960s. Constructed from pressed black leather with heavy white stitching, it represents the early Cold War production style of the newly re-formed West German military and federal border guard.
The pouch is clearly stamped with “RB Nr. 0/0675/01**,” a post-war German government procurement code commonly found on authentic Bundeswehr/BGS leather field gear. Hardware components—including aluminum-finished studs, rivets, screws, and the rear D-ring—are consistent with 1950s–60s federal issue equipment.
All three compartments remain clean and structurally solid, with fully intact interior leather and strap closures. This piece is an excellent collectible example of early Bundeswehr field gear and also serves as a practical accessory pouch for reenactors, collectors, and Cold War equipment enthusiasts.
